Hello my friends,
The envy and inspiration is coming back to me, it 's growing in every cells of my brain again. so here i am writing what you need to know today. Sometimes, you need to take a break in life, 2 steps back to better jump. I said it, I will not write for the sake of it but only when I will have to express something. Articles are display of the blog, behind the scenes there is such another huge work to do like referencing, digging, getting information, advertising, commenting etc... and in fact writing articles should only represent 20 % of your work when it comes to blogging.
I like natural Leaders, they are the people who create the world, who establish standards and models. One of the first quality they need to have is integrity. Knowing to use your own thoughts and judgments is difficult in a world made of marketing images, medias and big multinational empires driving us like muppets. But Leaders will do their own way, they will instantly bring something different amongst a group of followers which they will admire and copy. Funny enough, being yourself is hard but if you show transparence to people and don't try to be someone else this will fascinate people.
Leaders, true leaders are not necessarily the ones who have the title by hierarchy, I am merely talking about the ones we notice when they enter the room, the ones you will first go to when things are really going down. They have the respect from others for what they consistently are everyday, for the way they think, for the way they live. All this is representing a kind of model and ideal for the group.
True leaders lead by example, you cannot be a leader by talking the talk, you need to walk the walk. they are doers. If you need to deliver a letter to Mario in Cuba by tomorrow, 99 % of the X people will ask " who is Mario ? how do I go to Cuba ? what Do I do once I' m there ? etc... but the leader will say " Ok I ' ll do it " and just go and organise his next moves. You understand the difference ? I am always asked why I never have any questions, why I never raise a point... because I focus my energy on the action and result only.
I believe that Charisma is built with experiences, mindset and vision. It is not a natural born thing, everybody can have it and be a leader. By transmitting your energy, passion and vision to others you are being charismatic. Of course, all leaders are knowledgeable, they learn and listen a lot and share this with their followers. This transfer of knowledge and energy is what will develop charisma, leadership and respect.
To be a leader, you need to show speed, directness, assertiveness. If it takes you more than 10 minutes to choose your meal at the restaurant or a movie when you go to cinema then you need to work on that. Leaders show quickness in decision making, not showing any hesitation and knowing what you want is a invaluable quality that will impress people and make you raise amongst them.
The art of communication is definitely one of the most important component of leadership. By employing the right key words, you will impact and will get the people behind you. If you are passionate, public speaking is easy because you just express what you believe in. One crucial point is not to be bossy, leadership is not about ego, it's about moving the boat together towards the same direction. To be a leader, you will need to admit that you are wrong and not fight to prove you are right at all costs. For example, a leader would develop his idea and say " this is my idea, this is my best suggestion to resolve the problem but if someone else has a better then we 'll go with it " and people would appreciate that a lot.
People follow passion, heart, actions. Be your leader first then others will see you as one, lots of bad leaders today misunderstood the title and the ability. They lead by ego and authority rather than by contribution and exchange. They forgot that People choose you as a leader and not the opposite. Hopefully you will become one, if you follow these advices then I do not worry for you my friends.
Have a wonderfull day.
